Wayzata Youth Wrestling

Spring wrestling is an excellent way for kids to learn better body position, hand fighting, and improve their offense and defense. Spring wrestling will focus on Freestyle and Greco technique to help advance overall wrestling skill.

We are excited to introduce a new coach for the spring season, Trent Hillger.

Trent is a 3x Michigan High School State Champ and a 2x Junior Duals All American in both Freestyle and Greco. Trent went on to compete at the University of Wisconsin where he was a 4x NCAA All American. He now trains at the Gopher Wrestling Club where he plans on competing for World and Olympic titles. 

When: Thursday Nights 

Time: 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Where: Wayzata High School Wrestling Room 

Grades: 4 - 12

Dates: Thursday April 11 - Thursday, May 30.

Cost: $100
